MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Cloud Police are investigating after four men – one of which was reportedly wearing a Confederate flag bandana – beat a woman early Thursday morning with aluminum baseball bats.
The beating happened around 4:20 a.m. on the 500 block of 54th Avenue North. Police said a 30-year-old woman was outside her home, smoking a cigarette when a white, four-door car pulled up and four men stepped out.
The men, who looked to be in their 30s and 40s, beat the woman with aluminum bats. The men were described as having large builds; two were bald and two had hair, police said.
The only clothing description the victim was able to give was that of the Confederate flag bandana.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the St. Cloud Hospital, police said.
If you have any information on the beating, call St. Cloud Police at 320-251-1200 or CrimeStoppers at 320-255-1301.
