Brooklyn Center Shooting Leaves 2 Wounded; Police Looking For Suspects

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Brooklyn Center Police are looking for two suspects after they say a “neighborhood dispute” Friday night led to two men getting shot.

The shooting happened around 9 p.m. on the 1500 block of Humboldt Place North.

Cmdr. Tim Gannon said the victims – who have not been named — were alert and talking when they were taken to an area hospital. They suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

He added that the shooting is not believed to be random or gang related.

Police gave no descriptions of the suspects. The shooting is under investigation.
