BELTRAMI COUNTY, Minn. (WCCO) – Police, family members and friends are still searching for a Beltrami County man who has been missing since Aug. 14.
At 1:38 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to call from Darren Raymond Chock, 19, that led them into the woods, approximately five miles outside of Tenstrike, Minn. Chock’s trail was lost on the snowmobile trail. A widespread search from a dozen-plus agencies involved was unsuccessful.
Authorities said Chock may be armed.
Chock is described as 5-feet-11-inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown collar-length hair. He was wearing a neon green T-shirt, black and white plaid shorts, and flip flops.
