MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 23-year-old Madelia man is in critical condition after being struck by lightning.

Crow Wing County officials say Jamie Harris was driving a four-wheeler in the camping area of the Brainerd International Raceway when he was hit.

Rescue crews reported he was unresponsive on the scene.

He was airlifted to the Hennepin County Medical Center.
