MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie’s effort to change the titles of two proposed constitutional amendments were rebuffed by the Minnesota Supreme Court last week.

Thursday, Ritchie faced the music at the Minnesota State Fair.

Ritchie joined WCCO Radio’s Chad Hartman for an interview. At a couple of different points, fair-goers shouted at Ritchie.
