4 Displaced In St. Paul House Fire

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- A house fire in St. Paul displaced two adults and two children Monday afternoon, according to the American Red Cross.

The Red Cross responded to the house fire on the 500 block of Hatch Avenue and helped the victims.
