Magazine Puts Twin Cities Marathon In World's Top 10
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon was recently named by Destinations magazine as one of the World's 10 Best Marathons.
The race celebrates its 31st running on Oct. 7 and was honored alongside the Boston Marathon, the ING New York City Marathon, and the Virgin London Marathon.
The magazine noted the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon's four lakes and Mississippi River as part of the reason it came out on top.
