ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Police in North St. Paul said they have been dealing with an emotionally disturbed man on the 2000 Block of 6th Street North since Wednesday afternoon.
Police said they responded to the home at around 3:19 p.m., where a man barricaded inside and made threats to officers.
The SWAT team was called to the scene, as well as other agencies.
Police said the man — whose name has not been released — has a criminal history and that other homes in the immediate area have been evacuated.
