MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Jill Biden is scheduled to make campaign stops Friday in Brooklyn Park, Hopkins and St. Paul, the Obama campaign announced Wednesday.

Jill Biden, the wife of Vice President Joe Biden, is expected to speak on what’s at stake for middle class families in the coming election. She’s also expected to encourage supporters to help organize their communities leading up to November.

She’ll make her first stop at noon at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park. Then she’s slated to be at the Depot Coffee House in Hopkins around 2:30 p.m. And, finally, Biden is scheduled to be at the Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center at St. Paul’s Macalester College around 3:45 p.m.

The Obama campaign originally announced her trip to Minnesota on Tuesday.

After appearing in Minnesota, Biden will head to Michigan on Saturday before heading to Pennsylvania on Sunday.
