Rebecca Jarvis joined Dave Lee on the WCCO Morning News to talk about the Fed Reserve plan for interest rates, and the new Apple IPhone 5.  Jarvis grew up in Minneapolis, and still maintains a strong connection to friends in the Twin Cities.  She works as a business reporter and weekend morning anchor for CBS in New York.
