MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — One man had to be hospitalized for smoke inhalation after an apartment fire in Minneapolis late Thursday night, authorities said.
Crews responded to a report of a fire on the 3700 block of East Lake Street. When authorities arrived, firefighters found a man inside the apartment complex who was unconscious. They were able to get the man out, he was revived and taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
The fire did not cause significant damage, but authorities said about 10 people are displaced as a result of the blaze. Authorities say the cause of the fire is under investigation.
