Fire Knocked Down At St. Cloud Recycling Plant

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) – Firefighters knocked down a fire at a metal recycling plant Tuesday night in St. Cloud, authorities said.

The fire flared up shortly after 6 p.m. at Northern Metal Recycling, which sits near the intersection of East St. Germain Street and Lincoln Avenue. Firefighters knocked down the fire, but they are still monitoring the area.

No injuries were reported, no homes were evacuated and no roads closed, authorities said.
