FARGO, N.D. (WCCO) – The suspect in a diesel fuel theft incident in Bemidji was arrested Wednesday in Fargo, N.D.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Fargo Police Department apprehended Paul Anthony Mix, of rural Bemidji, and believe he is involved in the theft of large quantities of diesel fuel from local companies in and around the city of Bemidji and Beltrami County.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the gas thefts in August, and on Sunday evening, David Lee Kiser, 31, of Bemidji, was apprehended by police for the theft of more than 250 gallons of diesel fuel from a local business.
