WRIGHT, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities are investigating the electrocution death of a construction worker on Thursday in Carlton County.

The Carlton County Sheriff’s Office said it responded to a call of a male who was electrocuted at 1:34 p.m. on Oct. 4.

The fatal construction accident took place at Center Road and East Mud Lake Road in Wright, Minn.

The victim has been identified as Richard Roy Washburn, 30, of Hill City, Minn. Washburn had worked for Ulland Brothers.
