CHASKA, Minn. (WCCO) – A teenage boy has died after being shot in the head with an arrow over the weekend.
Chaska Police say they were called around 6:24 p.m. Saturday to the 100 block of Stanford Circle on a report that a 16-year-old had been hit in the head with an aluminum arrow shaft fired by the boy’s best friend.
The boy, identified as Spenser Lucas Paul Swanson, was transported to the Chaska 212 Medical Center and then transferred to HCMC.
Swanson died from his injury Monday night.
Police said there have been no arrests in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

The visitation is Monday at 10 a.m. at Waterbrooke Fellowship Church in Victoria. The funeral is at noon.
