Police Seek Suspect In Minneapolis Gas Station Robbery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities are looking for a suspect after a man allegedly robbed a south Minneapolis gas station at gun point last weekend.

Police said the incident happened at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday at a gas station on the 400 block of East 46th Street. The gas station was robbed by a man who implied he had a gun.

Authorities say the suspect is a black or mix raced man 30 to 35 years old, about 5 feet, 9 inches to 6 feet tall with a stocky build and at least one gold tooth in the upper part of his mouth. The man fled the gas station after the robbery with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the man was wearing a blue or green button up short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a darker blue bandana on his forehead. Anyone with information about the incident or who can identify the suspect is asked to call Minneapolis Police.
