School Bus Overturns Amid Slippery Conditions

LITTLE FALLS, Minn. (WCCO) — As snowflakes started drifting in parts of Minnesota Thursday morning, a bus slid off of slippery roads and overturned in Little Falls, Minn.

According to the Palmer Bus Company, the crash happened on Iris Road at about 7:20 a.m.

There were “a handful of children” on the bus, according to the bus company. An ambulance was called to the scene to evaluate their well-being.

All of the students, who were from the local elementary and middle school, were checked out and either went to school or back home with their parents.

Another bus responded to the scene.
