MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Would you buy a haunted house? About a third of those interviewed by Realtor.com said they would consider purchasing a “spirit-occupied” home.

And what kind of paranormal activity would you be willing to live with?

Nearly two-thirds said they could tolerate warm or cold spots, almost half would be OK with ghostly footsteps and 4 out of 10 said they could coexist with apparitions.
