MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Hennepin County deputies are on scene at a fatal collision on Highway 12 west of the metro Tuesday afternoon.

The collision took place on Highway 12 just west of County Road 90. Video from the WCCO helicopter shows the accident appears to be between a cement truck and a minivan.

There is at least one fatality in the collision, according to information collected from authorities on scene.

Highway 12 will be closed for a few hours for collision reconstruction.
