MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Students at a Minneapolis school witness their teacher collapse and die in her classroom on Tuesday.
According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, 40-year-old Lori Blomme was a teacher at Menlo Park Academy in northeast Minneapolis. On Tuesday, told her students she was feeling faint moments before collapsing.
Her death remains under investigation.
The Minneapolis School District has extra counselors at the school to help students shocked by Blomme’s sudden passing.
Blomme was a science teacher at Menlo Park for 11 years.
