Bomb Threat Disrupts Voting At MN Polling Place
CANBY, Minn. (WCCO) — A bomb threat temporarily suspended operations at a polling station in Yellow Medicine County Tuesday morning, according to Candby Police.
The incident was reported at 11:24 a.m. after someone noticed a threatening message about a bomb written on the bathroom wall at the Main Administrative Building at the Minnesota West Community & Technical College.
The campus was evacuated and, as a result, voting at the Technology Building was interrupted between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Public safety officials determined there was no threat and voting has resumed.
