MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Highway 169 will be closed in both directions between Valley View Road and I-494 beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, as crews stripe the roadway and continue work on bridge decks above it.

The work is part of the Hwy 169/I-494 interchange reconstruction project in Bloomington, Edina and Eden Prairie.

All lanes and ramps affected are scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12.

Motorists hoping to detour should use Highway 212 to Highway 62 to Highway 100.
