Xcel Energy Sends More Crews To East Coast
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Two weeks after Superstorm Sandy caused massive devastation across the east coast, some residents still have no power.
It's prompting Xcel Energy officials to send more workers from Minnesota and Wisconsin to help. They'll join the 76 other workers from the area who are still on the job.
That first group left home at the end of October to help restore service to people in parts of West Virginia. They were then were moved to Long Island, New York.
