1 cup cranberry juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup dried tart cherries
2 large pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
pinch of kosher salt
Bring cranberry juice concentrate and sugar to a simmer in a medium saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until cranberries pop, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Can be made 2 weeks in advance.
