MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minneapolis police are reporting another sexual assault in the city Monday.

Police say that the assault happened at around 4 a.m. on the 1800 block of Stevens Avenue South, along Stevens Square.

The victim, 26, was taken to the hospital for treatment. No more information has been released.

Later, on the same day, a St. Catherine’s student was sexually assaulted while walking along a path in Minneapolis’ Riverside Park. That incident occurred around 6:30 a.m.

It is unknown if these incidents are related.
