MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The man who was involved in a controversial YouTube video involving two St. Paul Police officers, and who pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from incidents with his girlfriend, has been sentenced to five years of probation and an 18-month stayed sentence.

Eric Ronnell Hightower, 30, was earlier accused of aggravated stalking, making terroristic threats and fourth-degree criminal damage to property. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A new no contact order was signed and Hightower was credited for 53 days served.
