ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) — A popular part of downtown St. Paul has transformed into a winter wonderland.

The Winter Courtyard at Rice Park is officially open. It’s the backdrop for the St. Paul Winter Carnival. Officials flipped the lights on at Landmark Center Saturday night.

There’s some activities for everyone in the family to enjoy, like the Wells Fargo Winter Skate ice skating rink. That big, beautiful tree in Rice Park’s Winter Wonderland is also lit for the season.
