MANKATO, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota State, Mankato scored four power-play goals to roll over Bemidji State 6-1 in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association on Saturday.
Six different players scored goals for the Mavericks (7-5-2, 5-5-0), who also beat the Beavers 3-0 on Friday. The Mavericks were 4-for-7 with a man advantage.
Johnny McInnis, Eriah Hayes and Brett Stern had a goal and an assist apiece for MSUM. Teddy Blueger had three assists and Dylan Margonari and J.P. Lafontaine had two assists each.
Stephon Williams stopped 11 of 17 shots in the third period.
Jordan George picked up Bemidji State’s only goal early in the third period.
Bemidji State goalie Mathieu Dugas made 23 saves.
