BELTRAMI COUNTY, Minn. (WCCO) – Beltrami authorities are advising no travel in the county on Saturday due to icy conditions.

Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office says the roadways are covered with ice and travel is nearly impossible.

Officials say if you don’t need to travel on Saturday in Beltrami County, consider postponing plans until roads can be treated.

Hundreds of vehicles have gone into the ditch, authorities say, including several semi-trucks.
