GRAND RAPIDS, Minn. (WCCO) – The Grand Rapids woman who was in critical condition after being shot on Dec. 22 has now died, authorities say.
According to Grand Rapids police, 59-year-old Rosemary Oberg-Johnson has died, while the other victim in the double shooting, 32-year-old Paul Russell Johnson, is still in critical condition.
William Levi Payne, 26, of Bovey, Minn., has been charged with eight felony counts in the double shooting, including two counts of first-degree attempted murder.
