ST. PAUL (WCCO) – The “Coolest Celebration on Earth” kicks off Thursday in St. Paul and runs through Feb. 3.
The 127th St. Paul Winter Carnival‘s 50-plus events are free, open to the public and located around downtown St. Paul and the capitol city’s surrounding areas.
From multi-block ice carvings, to moon glow parades, to sled dog races — the 11-day event’s full lineup of fun can be found by clicking here.
The St. Paul Heritage and Festival Foundation manages and produces the St. Paul Winter Carnival that dates back to 1886.
