MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One billion chicken wings.
About 6,000 tons of nachos.
And 11.2 million pounds of potato chips.
That’s what Americans will eat come Super Bowl Sunday.
It’s the second biggest day for calorie consumption in the U.S., following Thanksgiving.
And it isn’t easy to work those calories off.
One chicken wing is 72 calories – or running the length of a football field 12 times.
Six beers? Do the wave 4,280 times to work it off.
One serving of nachos equals one hour of jumping jacks.
One cup of guacamole is 368 calories – or climbing stairs for more than an hour.
