Vandals Damage $7,000 Of Eagan Street Signs

EAGAN, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police are trying to catch vandals who caused more than $7,000 worth of damage to street signs in Eagan.

Police say that the incidents happened in April and November of last year. They say the vandals damaged numerous road signs with paint and duct tape.

Most of the signs had to be replaced.

Police said most of the damage happened near Wescott Road, Elrene Road, and Dodd Boulevard.

The department is offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone who can help authorities is asked to contact 651-675-5836.
