BEMIDJI, Minn. (AP) — St. Cloud State goalie Ryan Faragher turned away 24 shots to lead the Huskies to a 4-0 shutout of Bemidji State on Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
Faragher stopped 12 shots in the third period to pick up the shutout for St. Cloud State (16-10-1, 13-5-1).
The win extended the Huskies’ lead in the WCHA to one point over Nebraska-Omaha. The 12th-ranked Huskies are 8-3-1 in their last 12 games.
Nic Dowd, Brooks Bertsch, Ben Hanowski and Jonny Brodzinski scored for St. Cloud State .
Bemidji State (5-15-5, 4-11-4) is winless in its last nine games, its longest streak since 2002.
