MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Suggestions are being sought for the next book for Minneapolis’ citywide read.

One Minneapolis One Read encourages everyone in the city to read the same book and discuss it.

Book nominations can be submitted online, by email or phone, and are being accepted until Monday.

The book selection committee is particularly interested in nominations that can start conversations about diversity, integration and race.

Characteristics of the selected book include a Minnesota author or ties to Minneapolis or Minnesota, under 300 pages, accessible to teens and written in the last five years.
