LITTLE CANADA, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities say a semi rolled over in the north Twin Cities metro late Tuesday night and created a big mess.

Late Tuesday night, the accident happened where Interstate 694 meets Interstate 35E in Little Canada. Authorities say a semi rolled off the road and down into an embankment. It took crews several hours to pull the semi-truck out, but the wreck was cleared in time for the morning commute.

Authorities are investigating what caused the crash, and no injuries were reported.
