MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis Police are looking into an incident on the city’s north side where one person is dead of an apparent stabbing and another is in the hospital Saturday night.

Police were called to a house at 2001 Glenwood Avenue North at approximately 4:45 p.m. on report of a stabbing. When authorities arrived, they found a deceased adult male.

Another male at the scene was injured and was transported to North Memorial Medical Center.

No arrests have been made at this time, and investigators say the public is not at risk since both parties knew each other.

The victim’s identity, cause of death and the injuries of the second man will be released after an investigation.
