MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 36-year-old man was arrested Saturday, after police say he was driving drunk with children in the car.

Authorities arrested Max Kane, of Washburn, Wis., around 8:41 p.m. Saturday.

Officers noticed there were two young children in the vehicle with Kane at the time of his arrest.

If charged, this would be Kane’s second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant.
