MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The St. Paul impound lot says its received more than 1,000 cars since snow emergency began in the city over the weekend.
The impound lot says it’s received a total of 1,011 cars.
Snow emergency was declared Sunday when a storm system brought a mix of rain and snow to the metro.
