HAYWARD, Wis. (WCCO) – Thousands of skiers traveled to Wisconsin for the 40th annual American Birkebiner – the largest cross-country ski race in North America.
Caitlin Gregg, who lives in Minneapolis, won the women’s skate. And Doug Debold from Wayzata won the classic. He finished the 54k race in just under two hours and 51 minutes.
