MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 47-year-old Minneapolis man was charged with two counts of second-degree assault in connection with the Richfield stabbing on March 5.
Patrick Donnell Bigby is in custody for allegedly stabbing a man in the neck at about 1:29 a.m. at the area of 66th Street and Nicollet Avenue.
The victim is still recovering from his wounds at the Hennepin County Medical Center.
