Missing Plainview Man Found Safe In Wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Police say a Plainview, Minn. man who went missing on March 3 has been found safe.

Forty-three-year-old Melvin Edward Peterson was last seen in Alma, Wis. on Sunday, March 3, as he was visiting a family friend. Friends and family became concerned when he never arrived home and didn’t show up for work.

Authorities issued a crime alert to try and find Peterson, which was canceled on Sunday.

Police say Peterson was found safe in Wisconsin.

No other details were available regarding Peterson’s disappearance.
