Radisson Blu Hotel Opening Friday At Mall Of America
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials at the Mall of America are gearing up to open the first hotel of its kind Friday in Bloomington.
The first hotel attached to the mall is about to open its doors to guests. The 500-room Radisson Blu is an upscale version of the hotel chain from Twin Cities based Carlson.
It has a fitness center, swimming pool and the "FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar." This is only the second Radisson Blu to be built in the U.S., with the other being in Chicago.
Rooms at the hotel start at $149 a night.
