MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Health problems have led British singer Morrissey to cancel the remaining dates of his North American tour, including a performance at Minneapolis’ Orpheum Theatre on March 22.
According to Jam Productions, Morrissey has bowed out of the tour after suffering a bleeding ulcer, Barrett’s esophagus and double pneumonia in recent months.
Pitchfork Media cites Morrissey as “one of the most singular figures in Western popular culture from the last twenty years.”
