MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The NCAA Tournament is already giving people a lot to talk about, and it’s also busting a lot of brackets.
But the biggest upset of the day came with the help of a young man from Golden Valley, Minn.
Guard Siyani Chambers, who graduated from Hopkins High School last year, helped 14-seeded Harvard upset number 3 seed New Mexico on Thursday.
Almost nobody saw that upset coming.
Chambers played the entire 40 minutes and scored 5 points in Harvard’s 68-62 win over New Mexico.
Harvard advanced to play Arizona on Saturday night.
