With Michigan State coach Tom Izzo watching, Jones had 11 first-half points before scoring on a 3-point play and a layup to start the second half for a 37-25 lead.

Jones later set up Dustin Fronk for a fast-break layup and Jones completed another 3-point play for a 58-40 lead with 6 minutes to play.
