Mayor Coleman Delivers 'State Of The City' Address

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- In St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman's State of the City address, he highlighted the city's efforts to enhance transportation through light rail and bike lanes, attract businesses, improve schools and neighborhoods.

In the address, Coleman outlined the fact that the City of St. Paul is trying to woo younger people into moving to the Capitol.

"Our accomplishments over the past several years have been remarkable. We have built a city that is vibrant, safe, welcoming to all residents, friendly to families and a leader on the national stage," said Coleman.

Coleman also unveiled a new app, called "St. Paul Connect." It allows people to report problems to the city directly from their phones. It launches Monday.
