Construction Begins Between Clearwater & St. Cloud On I-94
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Work began Wednesday on a project that will tie-up traffic for a good part of the summer.
Crews are resurfacing Interstate 94 between Clearwater and St. Cloud.
By Thursday night, traffic will be down to a single lane in each direction until early July.
MnDot says drivers should expect major delays, especially on the weekends.
