EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP/WCCO) — Eau Claire police say a driver who crashed into City Hall on Tuesday was under the influence of drugs.
The 42-year woman was not seriously injured when she crashed into a side entrance of the building Tuesday about 5:30 p.m. Police arrested her on probable charges of operating under the influence-third offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Part of the building entrance landed on top of the car.
