BROWNSDALE, Minn. (AP/WCCO) — Packing heat? Your gun can get you a discount at a southern Minnesota restaurant.
Steve Nagel, who owns Langtry Cafe in Brownsdale, Minn., has made every Thursday “conceal and carry day.” Customers who tote their firearms will get 15 percent off their meal. And for those who carry theirs openly, it’s a 25 percent cut.
Nagel’s restaurant has previously hosted conceal-and-carry permit classes in the past. And two classes next month are already sold out, KAAL-TV reports.
Most of Nagel’s customers have a permit to carry, he said, so he doesn’t mind discounting their meal in support of their Second Amendment rights.
